How it works > Maintaining your Gumball Factory Machine
Your machine comes from the factory with a One Year Warranty. This includes all moving parts...plus the controller. NOTE: An extended 3 year warranty is available. The machines are built to last and are extremely durable and reliable. However, if you do need parts they can be shipped by courier to minimize wait time. Our toll free support line is there for you.
Product Supplies - Gum / Candy
One of the first questions you will be faced with is "Where do I buy product for my Wacky machine?" Well...very simply, the choice is yours. Most of our customers prefer us to drop ship the product right to their door, however, if you wish to source your own supplier, that is your choice.
Remember, the most valuable asset you have as a new Gumball Factory operator is the company and it's staff. We have gone to extreme measures to help you build your business to whatever level you want to grow it. We are here to help you every step of the way.
